“We enjoyed our stay so close to the beach enormously. The location is great for exploring Cape Cod as it’s so central.”

“This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!”

“Location can’t be beat! Although small, this property has everything you need. The sunrises were spectacular. We loved having our coffee/wine on the deck watching the waves. Ideal for couples needing a romantic getaway. Check in was very easy and our hosts were incredibly responsive.”

The view is wonderful, the outdoor shower is great, the two decks are relaxing and it was the perfect getaway. Kevin is communicative and very quick to reply to any messages!”

“Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable”

“The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. ”
