“The house check-in process was very smooth and straightforward. The inside was freshly cleaned and painted with great Cape colors. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party. The home has kept the old charm from being a nearly 200 yr old home but cleaned up with modern touches. ”

“We had an awesome time at the Centerville house! Dan was an awesome host who made everything exceptionally easy. Enough parking for multiple cars, big bedrooms and the beach pass for the icing on the cake. Can’t wait to come back. ”

“We had a great time at Hyannis Hideaway! The location was PERFECT! We were no more than 6 minutes to the beach. 2 minutes from stores and restaurants! AC units in every room to keep us cool. The house was so clean and spacious for our big group. We can’t wait to go back!”

“My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Lovely house great location, comfortable & clean & as advertised. Few challenges - electronic key pad did not work, took numerous tries to gain access, finally we contacted Vacasa who eventually gave us a lockbox code. The outside patio table was filthy, so we cleaned it. ”

“We loved our stay. This is the first time I have rented a house without a prior review. So glad we did! The house seemed brand new or very recently remodeled. The pool table and media area downstairs made the rainy day we had on the island a great one. We had a party of seven and plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was easy to walk to town but we also rented bikes to get around. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Martha's Vineyard.”

“Our party of 6 truly enjoyed our stay here. The pictures of this place don't do it justice. Our favorite amenities on the property were the outdoor shower experience, the fire pit in the backyard for our s'mores night and the comfortable decor that was intentionally placed in each room of the home. The only downside was the staircase in the home is pretty steep, narrow and the steps are short in length. I would be cautious to bring small children, older or disabled relatives here, but there is a...

“The location was perfect. It is a bit of an older house but it worked for what we needed. The house was clean on arrival and it was very spacious for our kids to run around. My only suggestion would be the it might be time to replace the window until, it was a bit dirty. Other than that everything worked and it was a great mini vacation house.”
