“Nice room. Comfortable ”

“Upon arriving we found there was a loud intermittent noise adjacent to the room. We talked to staff and they offered a second floor room so we moved upstairs. This room had no cold water in the lavatory and the stool did not fill after flushing and the TV did not work. We again contacted the front desk and we were moved to a third room that functioned. The whole place appears to need some updating. Staff were pleasant but difficult to understand.”

“Excellent for the price. Excellent staff. But the facilities are old and dingy and it is right next to a train (which blows its horn at night)”
