“Convenient to both Great America and Gurnee Mills Mall. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The hallways actually smelled clean. I don't think I've ever been able to say that about any other hotel hallways. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool temperature was perfect and not too cold like most hotels. “The room could use a better cleaning. We found trash left from the people before us and the cusions on the couch were all wet from a drink half open in the cusions. The pool was too cold for my kids to swim in. The water really needed to be cleaned better in the pool and hot tub. Other then that it was perfect. Good food and friendly staff. ”

"I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room."
