"This is truly one of the most horrible stays I have ever experienced. I checked in after a very long day of traveling and went to my room to shower and get some sleep. I woke up in the morning to a bed full of bedbugs. When I brought the issue up to the manager Ali and presented him with photos, he said that “he will look into it”. They were only able to provide me with a partial refund and showed absolutely no professionalism handling a very serious matter like this. "

"Overall, it was a pretty good 7-night stay. The weeknight snacks were a nice touch. One front desk employee was sometimes unfriendly, but everyone else was kind during each interaction. Although they didn't have the room ready at check-in. Also, there was a battered car in the same spot in the hotel parking lot that didn't move for the entire duration of our stay. It seems someone was living inside the vehicle, and its condition was unsettling. Also, the exits at both ends of the buildings had broken access points, so entry was only possible through the front doors, which wasn't very convenient. Breakfast did not have access to gluten-free options. Pool towels weren't frequently available. Beds were comfortable, and the hotel was mostly quiet for a good night's sleep."

But overall we had a very nice stay, breakfast was fantastic. "
