"Super easy parking and close to all shops and restaurants. Very clean and super comfortable bed which was important as we were there for a week. "

"We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the dishes were visibly dirty—some looked like they had been used and simply put back without being cleaned. Several glasses even had lipstick residue on them. When we brought this to staff’s attention, we were told to just run everything through the dishwasher ourselves, which was unacceptable. The pool was another major issue. It was not heated as advertised and was extremely dirty—so much so that you couldn’t see clearly even while wearing goggles. After swimming, my kids—who normally love the water—left the pool itching, which was very concerning. We asked about moving to the sister property next door due to these conditions, but were told that wasn’t an option unless we were willing to forfeit any refund. Overall, this experience did not meet even basic cleanliness standards, and we left very disappointed."
