“I booked this room for my daughter. When she arrived, it was late, after a long and already frustrating day. When she pulled back the covers on her bed she found hair all in the bed. She stated there were also bugs in the room. When she tried to address with the staff, she was told repeatedly, through the interpretations of the staff member's children, that they had cleaned the room. No new bedding, apologies, or refund was offered. She slept on top of the comforter and had nightmares. We travel……

“The sink was clogged up debris in the sink”

“When I was looking for hotels for our trip we wanted a swimming pool our first hotel was amazing!!! Got to our second destination in Cleveland, TN, hotel clarion had a pool but unfortunately the water was green the whole 2 days I had it for, we did not get to enjoy it, very disappointing and I let the clerk at desk know all he did was apologize. So needless to say probably would not stay there again.”

“Room was clean and everything worked. Lacked some basic things like coffee, iron, hair dryer. Usually had to wait for someone to appear at front desk. Attendants at desk were behind a glass barrier, which made communication difficult. At night you could only stand on the side walk and talk through a glass barrier.”

“Be very careful with this place; they are irresponsible. I booked a stay one day before arriving—choosing it as a halfway point on my trip from Florida to Michigan—only to arrive and find a sign on the front desk door telling me to call a number because the manager wasn't available. When I called, the manager calmly told me, "I'm sorry, I can't put you in a room, but it's not a problem; just call your third-party booking service and they'll rebook you."
