The hallway carpet was pretty old and it is a little rundown but I was extremely impressed with the bed cleanliness and the bathroom/shower cleanliness. I got a very good night sleep. The price was very affordable and the girl who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. She was also mopping the lobby and working very hard. I would stay here again.

Everything smell bad, staff gave us a dirty room that was fron another guest and had to change it. Dirty towels. Every single day of my stay the Lobby had a different smell and not good one either. Every room says "No Smoking" but everything smell like tobacco and maryjane. But over all the coffee was good.

This Red Roof Inn was horrible,it's melted like cat urine down the hall,and I couldn't keep the air conditioner working the guy at the front desk came and had to reset it. The small refrigerator leaked water on the floor,and rocked back and forth. No complimentary breakfast,it was just awful. Would not recommend this place at all.

The Inn is indeed of complete remodeling. Only thing updated was the flooring. Whatever the motel uses for deoderizing is horrible! My eyes burned, had to open the window and turn on fan to rid the odor ( took a couple hours). If someone has severe allergies to perfumes, etc they would have had need of an epi pen. Holes noted in walls, toilet paper holder had been broken, leaving a hole in wall, the exhaust fan was displaced and a small spider was living at the top of it. Noted a dead cockroach between bed and nightstand. The window sill was filled with dirt, patch work paint job on walls. The door was in horrible shape, the wall mounted door stopper was on the floor, hole in the wall. The hallway, every door needed replacement, the stairwell was also in need of work to replace the the wood under carpet.

Nothing about this stay met even basic expectations. The room did not have a microwave, and when I went downstairs to use the shared one, there were multiple ants crawling on and around it—completely unsanitary. The air conditioning in the room barely worked, making it uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness was poor: the floors were not properly swept, the hallway and stairs had not been vacuumed, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the property. The doors also appeared poorly maintained and unprofessionally painted. Customer service was equally disappointing. When I called to ask about checking in slightly earlier, the staff hung up on me. I had to call back multiple times before finally getting through. Based on the condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional service, I would rate this hotel an F.
