“This place needs a major renovation. No place to hang towels, stains in shower, water stains on walls, tiny old microwave dirty with rust. Phone did not work and they knew they did not. No table or place to work, alarm clock did not work. The sheets on the beds looked dirty, but it could have been stains. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The A/C in our room worked well, but the front of it and the vents were really dirty. The mini fridge needed defrosted and would not hold much. The……

“The room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioning unit or refrigerator. The management was very good with getting us moved next door for our stay. They had maintenance working on that unit immediately. They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. Facility just needs updated as many facilities do. Would use facility again when staying in Wooster. Very close to shopping.”
