“I stayed here for one night on my way back from Colorado Springs to San Antonio. The hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. The property appeared to have been recently renovated, and everything felt clean, quiet, and well maintained. I had a good night's sleep, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was included the next morning, and it was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again……

“We got in late booked for three nights. When we checked in the front desk lady was on the phone I heard her say the pool was closed which I wasnt told. But I did book online. however when the hotel confirmed my appointment nothing about the pool being down. I had my granddaughter and she was excited about the pool so of course I was disappointed. I asked her can we stay one night being it was late and refund the next two nights. she said talk to manager next day. before I ran my card I……

“There were roaches in the room, bed sheets stained, the doors to get into the room and bathroom had to force it to close, the AC would not cool the room.. overall poor experience”

“The front desk helped us quickly and checked us in quickly. We had our dog with us and they were aware ahead of time. We were treated well. Our room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was nice and had towels. Breakfast was good but not quickly restocked. The hotel was FULL and there was only one worker for the breakfast area, so that could have been the problem. We asked her for more cafe and waited, but she didn't make any more. Breakfast still had an hour to go. Other than that it……

“Our room had several stains on the carpet and furniture. We checked in at 10:30PM and the cleaning staff had left piles of dirty sheets and towels outside of the rooms. We didn’t think much of it assuming they were cleaning, but when we left in the morning the piles were still there. We also saw the staff place clean folded stacks of towels on the floor outside of the room and public trash cans were overflowing. Not very hygienic.”
