“The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep……

“We were very impressed. It looks very modern, spacious, our room was spacious, comfortable bed and clean . Y They had a good breakfast and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful. She recommended a local steakhouse and my husband said it was the best hamburger he has had in a long time. We were very pleased and plan on staying there when we head back home.”

“We had a slight mix-up on the room when we got there but the staff booked us another room. The stay was great while there and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely stay the next time we are in town.”

“Everything in the description was the complete opposite. No pool it was closed, no arcade, ac did not work. Staff did not want to assist with at least giving me my money worth of comfort. Overall experience was not good do not stay this place was not kid friendly at all”

“Horrible servicio y experiencia, solo por hacer un rewiew se enojaron los del hotel y hasta me cambiaron la clave de mi habitación porque estaban enojados por el rewiew que les hice, todas mis cosas adentro sin poderlas sacar hasta que sedieron a darme la clave porque les dije que los iba a reportar, no es profesional y el trato que me dieron es terrible, en mi consideración no deberian ser hotel hasta que no mejoren todos los aspectos, la habitación tenia moho en el baño y habian cucarachas……

“Only thing decent if that was what was there for breakfast. Pool didn’t work and was not mentioned they said they talked to me and it was surely not me my door handle was broken to get into the room from the outside no help there. Blood on the sheets I mentioned and got o e sheet bathroom toilet paper was 3/4 gone when we got into room. Ice machine was out as well l. I’m very very disappointed and would like my money back we traveled for softball and had kids as well as another family with us……

“Pool was closed for no reason it didn't say anything about the pool not being available”

“While at this property, my daughter's basketball team had a block of rooms, one room with a dead mouse in it. The GM was quick to apologize and offer a refund as we checked out within the hour of checking in. Also while trying to leave, there was intense rain. The entire entry way of this hotel collapsed and had water every where. I know this property is under new management and I truly hope whomever is tasked with that role can help get this place back in order with the potential it has.”

“Good location for travel. Elevator didn’t work. Hot tub had a layer of ants on top of the water. Room not fully cleaned, used towels. Trash in the stairwell. Very limited breakfast selection.”

“Worse experience of my life. Signs of bed bugs, no working TV, no wifi, no working phone, no hot water, the room was filthy, as soon as I checked in I wanted to leave. But was told I wouldn't be getting a refund. I even had the insurance. She was very rude. I got ahold of Expedia they even called motel still no refund. Site says free breakfast nope not even that... I took pictures of how disturbing it all was.”

“The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue.”

“The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool.”
