What stands out the most is the staff – without a doubt the best we’ve ever experienced. Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming in a way that really makes a difference. The location is excellent. It’s close to Rodney Bay and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. “Pros: The staff were fantastic - the night security guard helped us find a taxi driver when we didn’t receive a response from the front desk, the restaurant was delicious, the balcony and views were beautiful, the room was clean upon arrival and the AC worked well Cons: The location is right by the highway and the walls are paper thin so any noise permeates the whole building. “My stay at windblow was very disappointing. I was booked from Feb 22 to 3/1 and left on Feb 23. The studio apartment had no draws, no nightstand, the sink in the bathroom was so tiny we ended up washing our faces in the kitchen sink because we would bump our heads trying to use bathroom sink. The Villa advertised as “quiet time” at night but had a dog that wasn’t disclosed,on site that howled for long periods of time.The shower caddy was so nasty it looked like something was growing out of it……

“Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was included but VERY limited. 4 days I was there, options were eggs, French toast, bacon, a vegetable, some toast. Some juice and yogurt. There was more people then quantity of food provided. The staff can improve on providing a list of food options. I didn’t know there was a restaurant across the hotel till last day. Could have grabbed food from there instead of taking a cab to town. ”

“The room was clean and the breakfast was good but there is room for options. The ocean view from the common areas and balcony is spectacular. Sharon was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond for me to have a good "Vincy" experience.”
