"Rooms could have been quieter. Lots of foot traffic in hallway and doors closing heard from inside room. Breakfast was not the best quality. More fresh food and less processed food would be appreciated. "

"Very clean room and property along with friendly staff. Unfortunately there was no coffee pot with coffee offered in the room and there was no Free WIFI; had those been available I'd have given you a five star review."

"Everyone was pleasant and helpful! Being right on the Mississippi River with a fabulous river view moved this hotel to the top of my list. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in La Crosse. Super easy hotel for traveling with a dog!"

"Parking was easy, breakfast was nice...sausage, eggs, waffles, coffee, juice..they had other things too that I didn't have...cereal, fruit, toast, muffins. Room was clean. Walls are not as insulated and quiet as some other places, but we slept well."

"'Charming Charmant'. We really enjoyed our stay at The Charmant Hotel. The location was fabulous and the hotel was beautifully appointed, and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel offered a very, well priced breakfast menu with a good selection of options. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Highly recommend."
