“Very dirty, we cleaned our own room because there was hair and dirt everywhere. We asked for new bed sheet/ blankets because there was ketchup stains on it. Clearly there are no maids, the staff cleans it themselves, barely at that. They were very nice as far as staff and I don’t mind an outdated motel, but at least be clean and sanitized! Unfortunately due to lack of cleanliness it impeded on our stay tremendously.”

“The location was fine and in general the staff seemed to complete their jobs but didn't extend much in the way of welcome or friendliness. I complimented one lady because she was the only one who smiled. On our three night stay our room was missed completely on one day and we had to ask the second day or it would have been missed again. The cleaners apparently were short staffed, busy and not very happy to be asked to make up the room when I asked courteously. Not a very happy staff.”
