I spent a while trying to find a clean, affordable, safe hotel for an overnight stopover off of I77. The Hawthorne Inn exceeded all of my expectations. After a very long day of driving, this was exactly what I was looking for. The front desk employee that checked me in was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was good for the price but common areas were definitely not as clean and the noise in the hallways was hard to deal with. For the price you can't complain.

I just needed a nice quiet hotel to stay at overnight. It was just that! Anna, at the front desk gave me all the information for me when I checked it. The shower was nice, the tub big and I liked the tub had a grip for guests to hold on to! I did buy the breakfast buffet because I had to leave very early, but, I am sure it was nice also...
