“Absolutely spotless and adorable cottage with tons of room, with a layout that makes it appear more spacious than its stated square footage. The decor is cozy and welcoming, with board games galore in the living room. Loved the spacious dining table with bench. Both showers are gigantic and tiled beautifully. “We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host.”

“The host was very accommodating and communicated well. The house was recently remodeled and very clean. The yard in front and back is large and covered in grass, very nice for pets. The description as minimalist is accurate. There are standard appliances, two beds, equipped bathrooms...that is it...just as advertised. No complaints, just nothing like we have booked before.One note - we only saw a recycle can outside, not a garbage can as we left.If available, we will book again.”
