The property is massive; can be like a maze to find your way around. The rooms are very spacious and clean! But you only get 1 set of bath towels per person. The lobby furniture is in dire need of cleaning/upgrading. The property grounds are beautiful! The pool areas and waterpark are very nice; maybe just need cleaned more often due to the volume of kids in them. The shuttle to the parks offer limited and inconvenient times; we ended up Ubering daily. The front desk staff was wonderful, especially Carlos. The Valencia restaurant and Alfresco market is overpriced, but that is too be expected. There is really nothing at all within walking distance to hotel. It is secluded and private, but if you are wanting to walk to an off-property restaurant, souvenir shop, or convenience store, you cannot (must take an Uber or taxi).

"I recently stayed at the resort for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive, and the spaciousness of the 2-bedroom accommodation with a kitchen and laundry room was convenient. However, it was disappointing not to have a coffee maker in our room. Another inconvenience was the long wait for the elevator, as there was only one available. We ended up using the stairs instead. Additionally, our building was quite far from the waterpark and main pool, which made access a bit inconvenient. Despite these drawbacks, the resort itself was nice, big, and clean."

I like that the parking garages bring you in proximity of your room . Great amount of pools and swimming areas with splash pad , water slides and lazy river . Downfall of was how crowded it was on Fridays and Saturdays . Not a place to even stand . Rooms could have been a bit cleaner then they were .

I wish the temperature of the water park pools were a bit cooler ... heated pools with the heat of the day was too much ..they only had one life guard for a over crowded pool ...the other spring pools were cold super cold .... other then that it was a good stay the room was a great size with several bathrooms ... dining was over priced and the quality was mid we went to the valencia restaurant. I would stay again just not mothers day weekend lol.

Our stay was fabulous!! We are already looking to book another trip for a weekend away. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The amount of stuff they have on site is amazing. Things to consider when booking: we went volcano bay water park and with traffic it did take us 45 min to get there and back. Just wanted to point out in case you aren’t aware of Orlando traffic. The line in the market place for coffee is fabulous!!! But there was a pretty long line during prime time. The lattes are worth the wait.

We loved our stay at the grove and will be back for sure! The condos are so spacious and they were clean!! If you're the type of person that will let a little dust on baseboards ruin your vacation, maybe don't stay here (and maybe just stay home). The beds and bathrooms and floors and kitchen were very clean though! My only issue with the grove is the loose cement tiles by the kids end of the spring pools. Definitely a tripping hazard and they pinch your feet if you walk over two at once. The staff were lovely, very nice! The servers at the water park were upbeat and attentive, we did the restaurant one day and had chair service another, totally worth it! Our server at Valencia (Brian) was awesome, on his game and so friendly, made our dinner such a great experience! Great stay for families!

This resort is definitely worth the price! From the beautiful scenery to kid friendly areas like the water park and arcade, our expectations were exceeded. The Valencia restaurant had delicious drinks and entrees with patio seating. The Al Fresco market is extremely over priced so I suggest getting your coffee and last minute essentials elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean and modern. I would recommend The Grove to anyone!

My kids loved the pool and water park. Getting around the resort is a little tricky, however, we were lucky enough to be close to the water park. We stood in a 2 bedroom suite. The space and bathrooms were great, but the dishwasher didn’t work and would constantly beep throughout the whole night. We didn’t want to switch rooms so we didn’t report it. My daughters and I have bad allergies and we would wake up so sick from either the fans in the bedrooms or carpet. If you’re there to visit the theme parks, the transportation they offer is only one way and you have to pay for it. This wasn’t a big deal for us, we simply ordered an Uber which is a 20-25 min ride ($19-22), instead of using their transportation. I would say I love the security team! I had left my wallet, passports, and car keys, pretty much my life in the bedroom. I called and a big shout out to Derrick and Courtney who were so honest and gave everything back to me. They were so nice and the resort is very lucky to have them! Again, thank you Derrick and Courtney!!

This property was a great experience and options for all ages. However the condo we were staying in, could have had more toiletries and towels available - there werent alot of supply and we had to go to the front desk for more of these things. Also the tv in one of the bedrooms was not working and we had to call the front desk for maintenance to come and fix it, as well as a clogged bath tub.

The landscaping is so tropical and it's just a beautiful place to be. The amenities are amazing and the food is great. The breakfast buffet is pricey but otherwise everything is perfect!

Love the friendly staff, safe environment, clean pool area. The apartment was great but housekeeping doesn’t do a very good job cleaning the apartments. The floors must never get mopped or steamed before your stay because my babies feet were black after crawling around the apartment, and they left dirty towels in the bathroom. I think maintenance can definitely go around the apartments to make sure all appliances are working because the oven in the apartment didn’t close so we had to push a trash can against the oven door to keep closed. Besides that it’s the perfect place to take a family vacation.

So if you go in with low expectations you should be fine. The property (hallways) are dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days. The units are very sterile and basic (white and gray) and the floors were dirty with stained bath linens. If you just want cheap, this will work. Not sure I'd come back.
