We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. Apart from the barman, the owners completely ignored us on arrival while huddled around a table with their backs to us. We had travelled over 200 miles to get there, having booked many weeks ago and paid for They left us standing there for over 40 minutes with no explanation as to why we were still waiting for the key to our room. Eventually, someone who was almost impossible to understand came to us saying the……
