So talk about deception when booking a hotel/suite that you have never been before. First off the pictures online make everything look great, Supposedly they are”transitioning” to a “Marriott hotel”which is great but does that mean by the time the transition is done they don’t have to maintain anything or clean anything? The carpets were stained throughout the hotel and areas with stuck gum in it. The room which I had to switch to a half way “better”room than the previous because all the sheets that were supposed to be clean had someone’s dried on period blood on the sheets. Pure nasty, the second room given was no better then decided to take just a few pictures to show the condition. The place is dated, bugs crawl in the room, bathtub and shower stay on together so you get flooded while showering in our specific room, the walls are dirty the pullout has more stains than a homeless community, they allow noisy dogs to stay there, the pool is murky and floaters everywhere, the gym is the size of a closet with a non functioning bike and broken multi cable machine, the people who work there are lazy and non engaging, the breakfast is subpar and we would rather starve, eggs sitting in water, bacon and sausage barely cooked, basic breads and hospital juices, I could definitely go on and usually need don’t leave a review but please do NOT waste your hard earned hard to come by money on this place , if I wasn’t staying for a night I would have just went across the street.
