“I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience deserved one.Check-in was frustrating. I asked for the address of the check-in building and was only told it was “kitty-corner to the pool.” With so many condo buildings on the property, that wasn’t helpful, and we spent extra time driving around trying to find it.Communication before arrival was poor. At 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-in, I was told I had until noon to submit additional registration information or our stay would be canceled....
