"Very bad experience stay with embassy suite especially the gentleman preparing omelets was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. When I approached the omelet station to place my order, he was engaged in a conversation with someone else. Without giving me his full attention, he asked me what I wanted. Since he continued talking to the other person while I was speaking, I paused and waited for him to finish. He then repeatedly asked me to place my order. When I finally told him what I wanted, he responded in a rude manner and said, “No need to repeat yourself.” Later, I returned to order an omelet for my boyfriend since he is with a one year old child with him, At that point, he sarcastically said, “Back again, back again,” in a way that was clearly disrespectful and unwelcoming. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. The employee’s behavior was inappropriate, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. This experience significantly affected my impression of the hotel. I hope management will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that guests are treated respectfully in the future."

"Staying at this hotel was a disappointing experience. When we first checked in, there was no one at the registration desk. I had to go find the clerk in the adjoining office. Then when he came out, it was a very slow process and he asked me if we really needed 2 beds (which is what I purchased). I asked for extra pillows, which I never got and when I went down to ask about that and the parking, there was a sign saying that he would be back in a bit. Other people were waiting in line too. How does such a nice hotel have only one clerk who wasn’t there half the time? Then when we went to swim, the pool water was so murky that we didn’t want to swim in it. The hot tub jet made noises, and most importantly, the pool area was a mess. No one had picked up trash or provided more towels. When we went to shower in the room, the hotel had only provided 2 towels in the room and the water only got lukewarm, with little water pressure. This could have been a really great experience but the lack of staff and care of the property was terrible. The only redeeming part was when we were leaving, a porter named Michael, came up to the room to help us with our bags. He was so helpful and kind and we really appreciated that."
