“We had a wonderful time staying at the Bird In Hand Village Inn & Suites. The property is very clean, cozy, and in a great location. It's near various attractions, antique and craft shops, farm stands, and restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Joy provided us with multiple recommendations that worked out well. The cleaning staff kept the room and overall property spotless. The complimentary breakfasts and bus tour were enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here!”

“Construction next-door started at 6 AM heavy equipment and banging noises. 3 inch gap under the room door people walking down the halls waking you up all night door was missing a sweep. Undersize toilet, very low and very uncomfortable getting on and off of. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Cleaning staff completely missed servicing our Room the 1st morning. We had to go to service to get fresh towels. We locked our key.in the room. They chatged us $20. service fee for a new key.”

“The rooms are not clean and makes you question your stay as if it is safe to stay there. I do not recommend anyone with kids as I did not feel safe staying here. Big life lesson spend a hundred dollars more for your security and your comfortability. There was hair in my bed which made me not want to sleep there. The carpets were dirty and unsanitary. The bathroom was also not very clean and is really small.”

“Great establishment - very quiet and seemed well maintained. The room was nice. The location is pretty convenient. Check out the Kitchen Village! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and pillows were pretty bad too. The air conditioner was obnoxious and would completely turn off and then turn back on ALL night LONG! Overall, I would stay again.”
