Nice hotel. It’s an older hotel that has been tastefully renovated. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need. The hotel itself is well kept and maintained, the breakfast is very nice and is in a great location on Whyte Ave. We’ve been back a couple of times and would recommend.

It was a disappointment from the beginning. They didn’t acknowledge our request for a pet free room. The rooms bathroom was so old that the toilet flusher was completely work with a thumb print. The tiles around the bathtub were filthy. The door to the washroom was damaged as were other furniture. There was what appeared to be coffee all over one wall. The property had asked if we had any special requests “such as a pet friendly room” which I requested. There was no indication of an extra fee so I booked a hotel that I thought was rated over 9 with Expedia and I could have stayed at a lower rated place far cheaper. I paid $180 in the end for this disappointment. I will never stay there again
