“We have stayed at this property multiple times and this time were disappointed with the decision to remove the in-room coffee maker, the installation of one coffee cup at a time dispensers at breakfast and the cold scrambled eggs. The breakfast staff person was pleasant and helpful but it was really slow getting a cup of coffee because it’s all self serve. The notes said the decision for changes was based on minimizing cup waste but if that’s true they can offer ceramic mugs to be washed. The……

“Most miserable check in receptionist. No smile, whispered so I couldn't hear her. Forgot free bottles of water and when I asked later no apology. She clearly hates her job. No conversation. Huge room with tub. Nice breakfast and lovely waitstaff”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The only negative I have to say is that the walls were paper thin and I could hear the people talking, but seem to be normal voices in the room next to me but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say. I also thought their prices were reasonable by comparison.”

“There was no one there to check us in. We rang the bell several times. Probably for the best because it looked really run down- not like pictures on Expedia. Although we stayed somewhere else. And it was acceptable.”
