“Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Secrets Mirabel. The resort is absolutely stunning, the food is great and the hospitality is fantastic. It was definitely worth it to upgrade to preferred as well. It comes with a lot of perks. The pool is so nice and we loved hanging out at the sky bar. “Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“Overall the room was as expected. Nice oven side view. However the building I was in had two elevators of which only one was working, so going up and down at times was a like slow. The location of the hotel is very close to the entertainment precinct which is great however can be noisy through out the day and night if you are looking for a place to rest rather than party. The shower in my room had no pressure or hot water which was a shame.”
