Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc. Great place.

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.

Hacienda Santa Rosa will forever live in my memory as one of the most magical places I've stayed. Despite being managed by a hotel chain, it hasn't lost its patina and authenticity. My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. As opposed to one of the larger resort’s maze of paths and pools and restaurants (and people,) the Sun Palace has a more intimate boutique hotel feel. It’s been recently renovated, and it shows. We upgraded to a honeymoon suite (room 530) at check in (tip: wait until check in to upgrade for an opportunity to negotiate the price. Our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. Casy and Mari are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their work. Look forward to returning. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but other than that all was very nice.

Had an excellent 5-night stay at the stunning Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. Located just a short 15-minute ride from the Cancun Airport, and nestled on a beautiful lagoon- it was the perfect location. Small property organized and well kept. Nice balcony over looking pool, decent restaurants the chicken dinner was bomb. My only complaint is the spa prices are very high and I’m speaking as a massage therapist. But it’s what hotel spas charge. Great stay overall close to everything.

American style hotel. Cleaning service every day, very well taken care of, comfortable bed. The room had everything I needed! The rooftop pool and lounge was amazing. The location is super close to shops and stores, and a few minutes walk from the beach. Felt very safe and secure.
