For starters, I thought I was booking Central Park Tulum, not "Lagunas" but thats on me and something to double check, as online they look the same. Upon arrival we discovered a dead bird on our balcony. It had been there for weeks, decomposing. The blinds were broken. There was no toaster, which is typically a basic kitchen item.
