朝早チェックアウトだったので朝食をtake away用に準備してもらいました。またお部屋にあったカラビナ付きのマグカップが可愛かったので、フロントで購入できて、とっても良い思い出になりました。 お部屋も綺麗でとても可愛く、スタッフの方もとってもフレンドリーで、日本語も通じました！ またツェルマットに行く時は利用したいホテルです。

Accueil et personnel chaleureux, chambre avec vue sur le Cervin avec balcon très agréable, petit déjeuner excellent et varié, très bon spa Aspen à 5 minutes à pied en collaboration avec l’hôtel Phoenix, proche des points d’intérêt de Zermatt, 4 nuits excellentes, on reviendra sans hésiter.

Great place! Had a room upgrade even, and got a tub which was great to soak the sore muscles after a long day! Great balcony view directly of the Matterhorn!! Only downside to me, the toilet was very high lol! I have short legs😜Comfy bed and good breakfast

スタッフの方がおすすめのお店を教えてくれたり、気さくな方でした。なにより提携先のスパ、サウナ、温泉風を無料で利用できたのがよてもうれしく、ハイキングの疲れを癒すことができました。水着を持ってくことをおすすめします、私たちは現地で買ったのでとても高かったです。 夜間はスタッフ不在のためカードキーで入ることになりますが、設定がうまくできておらず入れませんでした。幸いスタッフがまだいたので対応してくれ、命からがらベッド確保できました。朝食も種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。マッターホルンも部屋のバルコニーからみることができ、素敵な滞在になりました。
