"Sehr schönes modernes Haus mit jedem Komfort. In der kalten Jahreszeit muss erst die Heizung separat eingestellt werden, damit die Bedienungsanleitung funktioniert. Ohne Anleitung mussten wir erst etwas suchen. Trotzdem haben wir uns ja wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Häuser alle etwas dicht aufeinander stehen. Zum Wildpark Schorfheide ist es nicht weit und es gibt auch noch andere sehenswerte Dinge, wie z.B das Biorama bei Joachimsthal."

"Ein schönes kleines Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine sind vorhanden und erleichtern den Aufenthalt. Insgesamt könnte das Haus und der Garten etwas sauberer und gepflegter sein. Die Matratzen,Bettwäsche und das Sofa waren schmutzig und voll mit Haaren von Hund und Mensch. Dafür ist der Übernachtungspreis zu hoch."

"Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Holzhaus, in dem wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Geschmackvolle Design-Möbel und Deko. Alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Neben den zwei Doppelbetten gibt es ein Schlafsofa, das leider etwas zu hart zum Schlafen ist. Tolle Terrasse und kleiner gepflegter Garten, die wir wegen schlechten Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten. Sauna im Garten. Gemütliche Lichtstimmung im gesamten Haus und auf der Terrasse. Schöner Ausblick in die Natur. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

Man übernimmt das Objekt im Bürohaus (keine Möglichkeit irgendwelche Zählerstände von Gas, Wasser, Strom zu erfragen/abzulesen, die Sauberkeit im Haus zu checken, ect.). Beim Checkout wird das Haus vom Servicemitarbeiter direkt vor Ort abgenommen und die Zählerstände werden von diesem abgelesen. Wieviel Verbrauch man schlussendlich hatte, kann man selbst nicht überprüfen und muss sich auf die Ehrlichkeit verlassen. Desweiteren zahlt man zusätzlich...
