I was very happy with our experience. Very clean, everywhere. All of the staff were friendly. The dinner restaurants were amazing. Claudia and Rafael saved us a favorite table for breakfast. Perfect for whale watching! We had wonderful meals and service. Pool and patio bar ( Oscar was great!)food and service was great. Try the Mexican pizza!! Our concierge service was outstanding. Johana helped answer so many questions for us. We enjoyed the spa twice during our stay. Both Lupita and Rosa performed lovely massages. An amazing place to enjoy whale watching from our suite, from pools and most restaurants too.

The staff was all terrific! Every effort was made to make our stay the best ever. Beautiful resort. Great Food. A wonderful time! Thank you to all the staff!

The residences qere beautiful and our butler was fantastic!

The room was spacious and clean. The food was good, if a little repetitive. The pool areas were extremely clean, the towels were large and fluffy, the wait staff were attentive without being bothersome, and everyone was friendly. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we would definitely stay there again.
