Came for a weekend trip, chose location because of proximity to main part of Kona where I was able to walk everywhere nearby. Studio unit was perfect for solo trip, saved a lot of money for what I needed although property was being worked on and access through the complex was a bit limited and parking was limited if you arrived late on the plane. First night parked on the street across but no problem either

Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort.
