The hotel is a short easy walk from the Rialto stop, within walking distance of almost everything, and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was only one slight downside... I was in the Brown room and in the landing outside the door it was often very loud with chatter and doors slamming shut. This is the reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. There is not much soundproofing so I heard everything from the nearby rooms, especially in the mornings when I would have preferred to sleep in. However, most of the noise didn't start until around 9am, which is a reasonable hour to make noise (just not ideal for us late sleepers), and it was very quiet at night. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel." Found us another room for the rest of the stay which was a slightly upgraded room too. Their recommendations for restaurants were very good as well.
