“Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!”

“The resort is situated beach front and the view is beautiful. We were there during slow season so certain things weren't open or limited. The food was great! The Pool was wonderful. Service was a little slow but I think it was from lack of staff since it was slow season. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was perfect our family of 5. 3 adults 2 children. Air conditioning worked great. There was trouble getting into our room when we arrived due to faulty key issues. The resort……

“We really enjoyed our stay. We had some problems at check-in which as they couldn't find our reservation. Even while that was being straightened out, they got us in to our rooms. All the staff were extremely helpful. Our stay included breakfast which was quite good- we had it delivered to our villa each morning. Everyone loved the pool and the bartender at the pool bar could not have been more friendly. Overall great stay and would (and hope to) return.”

“Great stay! Breakfast and lunch were awesome, dinner non meat options at the resort could’ve been improved in my opinion, but overall we enjoyed the food 7-8/10. The spa quality was outstanding despite our therapist not being accustomed to homosexual couples experiences, their hand strength and overall professionalism made up for the awkward conversation beforehand. Loved the gym! Amenities and staff were also great. We would stay again.”

“Right on the walkway that crosses the main tourist part of Placencia, with easy access to everything. The place itself was quiet, very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and most importantly, had an AC unit. It was so hot outside! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.”
