“Helpful staff. Nicely updated, and clean room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. Room was right across the street from an entertainment district that was quite noisy on a Friday night into the next morning til about 1:30. I knew that going in,……

“The room was very dusty, stains on the curtains and grime on the walls and caked on nastiness on the light switches. There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. ”

“Parking on the back side was plentiful. The staff was very friendly. Will stay here again”

“The hotel had no hot water, they need a new boiler ”

“The air conditioner in the room blue air, but it wasn’t cool. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I walked to the front desk and told the young men on staff and they had a very sarcastic. I don’t care attitude. At Continental breakfast in the morning I found it was very sparse and not what they advertised. Another person in there said their air-conditioning wasn’t working either while another said they were there because they saw waffles advertised on their continental……
