“There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.”

“It is a quaint, antique hotel, right in the middle of Main Street. A wonderful town with so much to offer in addition to this beautiful hotel: O’Malleys, Pirtle’s Winery, Avalon Cafe, Weston Roastery, Hollady Distillery, Weston Tobacco, Beers to You, and so much more! The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is that they need to figure out their payment system for the bar area and the restaurant/cafe area: there seemed to be some confusion as to where to order a drink, who to pay, etc. It……

“The property was very nice and welcoming. When we walked in, everything smelled clean and fresh with no odors throughout the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and the TV worked well, although I wish there were more local news channels available so guests could stay updated on what’s happening around Kansas City. The only issue we experienced was that the computer/ATM was not working, which took a little extra time. Other than that, breakfast was excellent with no complaints, and check-out was……

“Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”

“Other than the hand soap bottle being locked in the shower and the shampoo locked at the bathroom sink. We had to pump shampoo into a cup and use in shower. Other than that, stay was nice and breakfast was nice!”
