“I rarely write poor reviews, but I feel this circumstance deserves to be shared. We rented the property for two nights in September. Upon entering the rental, we noticed the floor could have used a more thorough cleaning, but no big deal. As we were settling in for the evening, my husband bent down to pick a couch pillow off the floor. Under the couch he spotted a mouse on a sticky trap. Gross, but we just placed it outside.
