“The heat/AC system would pump out very cold air for 5 or 10 minutes before acually heating. I was pretty sure when I booked this stay it said there was breakfast included. All they had was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.”

“Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathtub. The balcony was amazing. Breakfast was just missing bagels 😂”

“Clean. New hotel. We were on first floor near the lobby. It got a little noisy during breakfast which was fine. Lots of road noise as our room was in the highway side. All in all, a very nice stay. Would stay again.”

“I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services”

“There was no hot water for a shower. I was unable to shower while there and the breakfast was not impressive. The sausage was dry and hard and not a great variety of items. ”

“The staff upfront gave me a very hard time with checking in . I called to request early check in the lady upfront said yes when I called at 11:08am she said she would call me back . Another hour passed by and I called back she said they were in the process of cleaning the room . I arrived two hours later and the room was not ready and they have someone else the clean room when I arrived it had turned to 3:40pn before my room was ready I will not be booking this hotel ever again . ”
