“First time on Grindstone and loved the clear water, boating action, and fishing quality on this quiet lake. As reviews before me stated - impressively clean cabin with lots of room and amenities. The lake room is especially great for gathering and has a fantastic lake view, as does the adjacent first floor deck. The cabin, yard, and deck stay cool all day due to ample shade from wooded setting. The wooded subdivision with the grid of roads is expansive and relatively undeveloped, yet managed……

The lake is quiet and the property is secluded/private which is exactly what we were looking for. CJ is very responsive and accommodating, just an overall wonderful experience. “Everything was great! The property was as advertised. It was very hot when we were there (in the 90’s) and I wished there was central air. But the portable air conditioner in the living room kept that room cool, and there were fans in the other rooms. The couple was very good at communicating with us, and clearly take a lot of pride in their property. ”

The space was thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It had that perfect “up north” cabin feel but with all the modern touches that made it super comfortable.
