“Staff at check-in were very helpful in correcting a mistake I made in booking. Room and whole facility was very clean. My only issue was a slight musty smell in our room that didn’t go away after running the AC all night. Breakfast in all HI Expresses has been the best of all other hotels. Plenty of options and the food is great. ”

“Decent hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable. The bathroom had some issues with repairs and cleanliness but it was bearable. Very close to Foster Falls which was amazing to go to. Not much is around other than that. No laundry or pool. But there is a small gym. Overall would stay there again for the price and comfort. ”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……
