“We stayed in room 205. We arrived late to check in and had a difficult time getting inside. We rang the bells several times and then eventually called and someone finally came to the front desk to buzz us in. “I was in town for just one night and ended up booking this last minute. I’ve never stayed at a motel before because of the stigma, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, and the owner at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. A nice bonus was the smart TV, which let me log into my own accounts and relax. “When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139”
