“The staff was so kind and the room was very clean and orderly. We also loved the breakfast! However, upon arrival, the front desk staff gave us very clear rules about not smoking on the property (which we don’t smoke, so we were fine with) However, when we got to our room, it clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. We did not book a smoking room. We had two small kids and we got in extremely late. They were already asleep in the room so we didn’t request to change rooms. But the smoke smell was……

“Our room was kinda dirty. They do not have mattress protectors, which I find odd. The first interaction I had with the staff member was amazing. She was so nice, but on our last night there.Our card stopped working and the lady that we worked with had no explanation.She just fixed it didn't really seem friendly about it.
