“Clean room and wonderful staff”

“We could not get handicapped room as requested! Hotel blamed Expedia for the mixup and said they could not help us! I will look at other hotels in future! Guess you get what you pay for!”

“Ora was great at the front desk! Breakfast was good! Mini omelettes. Room was clean and comfortable bed!!”

“I stayed one night at this hotel to rest up for the Rose City Run. It wasn't in the best of conditions; the stairway to the second floor wasn't well lit at night, and there was chipped paint on the railings. But at least my room was reasonably clean, and my bed was comfortable, so I still had a good night's sleep.”

“Property was great. I 100% will stay again. My only issue was the drain in the tub wouldn’t securely fit allowing me to take a proper bath. ”

“I booked this hotel for one night, it stated that it was fully refundable until check in time. I tried to cancel well before that, and it did not give me an option to. I called the property and they said they could not do anytbing, it had to be through Expedia. Then Expedia told me they could not refund me and it had to be through the hotel. Do not use them if you want safety of knowing you are covered if plans change”
