“I forgot to ask for a room on the bottom level, my husband is handicapped and I have 2 bad knees. With no elevator we would have been just miserable. We were first told no that there wasn't any rooms available. BUT to the rescue I think the manager hooked us up and we got a room. That was greatly appreciated . Room was clean, bed was EH. But we are not picky people just want a room a toilet and shower and pray that the bed is comfortable and clean. Thanks again for getting a room on the……

“We had a great stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. Urine on the toilet when we arrived and used soap and shampoo left in the shower. And the table in the main room had something sticky all over it. Otherwise, great location and excellent staff for check in. ”

“The staff was excellent. The room was great, and I had a very pleasant stay I will be boarding with them on my next trip. ”

She saw in our faces that something was off and she took the time to ensure my family was okay.
