“No hot breakfast, room above me sounded like monkeys stomping around the bathroom door was not working properly. Kids running up and down the hallway being loud. Didn't sleep well. Because of these things.”

“The rooms were clean and neat. The staff was very helpful when we needed something. the outside of the building was appealing but the parking lot had many potholes and breakage of the blacktop.”

I had to get three phone calls from the manager and search the hotel property knocking on hotel doors to wake staff up, only to have the manager scream at me on the phone and hang up on me. the building is falling apart even the outside overhang has pieces hanging down that are falling, paint is peeling, doors have signs that they are to be immediately vacated due to health and safety reasons, the brick wall in the reception area literally……
