The furnishing was in very poor condition, the bed linens were stained and worn, and the bathroom was dirty and in very poor repair. I requested they refund all charges. I told the front desk manager [David or Dan] of my concerns and was told to contact Expedia since that's how I made my reservation. The property did not refund my payment, although I rejected the accommodations……
