“The property is very conveniently located, close to the Interstate, and with lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast. Even though the beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are very basic and the floors are carpeted, never ideal for hygiene. Worst of all is the bathroom: it is very basic and has a barn……

“The parking was the best park of the stay. So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). The front desk women is brand new has no idea what she doing. No problem so the manager comes out and helps. The manager gives a room key and we go up to our room the room was not cleaned at all from the previous guest that was there. So we go back down stairs and tell both of them that the room was not clean at all. They look……

“When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to……

“It was pretty enjoyable, Especially the breakfast But the pool room was dirty. The water looked cloudy. Bandaids on the floor. The toiletries were not good at all, there wasn't enough shampoo, or conditioner. Tiny bottles. The vending machine is a rip off. Aside from that. The hotel was enjoyable.”

“Bring slippers, carpet will make your feet or socks black. Staff are super friendly. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some mildew stains on the caulk but that’s an easy fix. Breakfast is good enough for free. It consisted of plain omelet with cheese, sausage links, yogurt and cereal and some bread to make toast with. Parking is good, plenty of space.”

When we got back at 830 the room was ready when we walked in the floor was still wet there were crumbs and hair on the bed the shower had hair in it and the toilet had what looked like fecal matter on it as well.
