“My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned.”

“When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to……

“Pool was out of service and the bed was just ok. Pillows where not great”

“Bring slippers, carpet will make your feet or socks black. Staff are super friendly. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some mildew stains on the caulk but that’s an easy fix. Breakfast is good enough for free. It consisted of plain omelet with cheese, sausage links, yogurt and cereal and some bread to make toast with. Parking is good, plenty of space.”

“Nice hotel with a restaurant in located in the lobby. Pool closes early, 8pm, but otherwise the hotel was nice, clean and spacious.”

“It dies not have an elevator. The staff was accommodating when we could not handle carrying bags upstairs & switched room to ground floor. Also impressed with cleaners as they checked if we needed anything the second day there. We were staying 3 days so normal procedure is they clean when your stay is over. Thank you for that!!!”

“Under construction with loud banging in the AM. Very humid in the room itself like the building wasn't being properly airconditioned. Im the room, there was a strange/moldy odor. Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the……

“The breakfast offered eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy and you could make waffles. The staff was pleasant and friendly. There property is smoke free in the rooms and the first room I was given it was apparently smoked in, which I cannot tolerate. They moved me to another room which was better. ”

“Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy.”
