“The property is clean, Rooms are very spacious and well taken care of,clean and staff are so nice. Anytime I'm in Harrisburg this is my hotel I stay at. I bring my service dog and they have no problem with him. The breakfast meal plan is a good option, as well and it is freshly made as they state and very delicious. Staff here go beyond for you to make your stay a happy one. ”

“Positives include nice clean room, good heat/ventilation, and well maintained grounds. Negatives included a shower with only half a door (and a hole in that half, by design) that left the bathroom floor flooded, a location that was a bit further from the National Park than optimal, and the thing that really spoiled the vibe - The property has a nice dining room. All the promotional literature, the main foyer signage, and the online info say dinner is served at 4 pm. We arrived hungry at 4:45……

“The bed in the suite with the jetted tub was comfortable as was the tub, but the pillows were too soft/ did not give any support.”

“Very nice place. To stay very clean.. only complaint is the continental breakfast was weak for example only apple juice weak on buns etc. ”

“Several people reusing plates at breakfast and tip jars everywhere. Room bathrooms need updating. Dingy bath towels and sheets.”
