“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“The pool was very busy both nights we were there. We got to the hotel at 3pm and there was a long line to get checked in. Breakfast was great! Not the firendliest guy making omlets the first morning, but the second day was great! Omlets and pancakes were available to order, all food tasted great! ”

“Clean, safe, convenient to Hollywood Casino Ampitheater, cozy and comfy! Would definitely recommend! Nightstand on both sides of the bed, lots of outlets and usb plugs, clean, looks new! Would stay again if I’m ever in the area. Also, I got this room at very good price point! I just shopped it a bit!”

“I on a small fashion business and have to travel often within the last 5 years as well as taking care of my mother and grandparents. This was a great stay, its 12 minutes from each important destination that I have to get to, and the staff is genuine and polite. Would stay again.”

“Very nice hotel that appears to be fairly new. Very polite and friendly front desk staff with a great smile. Very clean with no odors, had the smell of one of those “Ozone “ air cleaners. Room was clean and comfortable and the A/C was working perfectly. ”

“Staff was awesome, from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Front desk staff always greeted us with a smile going in/out of the hotel. Good breakfast selection, easy parking, close to restaurants and stores. Will stay at this property again if ever in the St Louis area.”
