“The hotel was very nice, brand new, & clean. Our room was clean but bare. No curtains so the light shined through the blinds. Very clean! The check in process - the woman (I think her name is Mrs Margo) was soooo extremely nice. She was the only person working and was very bombarded with check ins, phone ringing off the hook, needy entitled potential guest wanting a tour of the property at 8:00pm and to look in their potential room demanding a certain rate, all while multiple families were……

“We were not acknowledged initially at the desk. The young lady was on the phone with a customer, but didn’t even bother to look up at us while she was talking. After that check-in was very easy. My travel companion and I each booked a room. Mine was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Plastic bags for the trash cans were draped over the side, not put into the bins. The bathroom is old and needs updating. A previous guest, I assume, had set the alarm clock for 1:45 AM. Needless to……

“Room and lobby were normal for what I would expect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish they offered a complimentary breakfast, or at least an expanded menu for the in-house Bistro. The Bistro has a very limited breakfast menu.”

“It was a good place to stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. There were some AC issues with what we were told was a fan. It was really loud that last night because our room was right next to it. Staff was apologizing regarding the noise. We would stay there again for sure.”

“My stay was very disappointing. When I arrived, there was an empty liquor bottle left in the bathroom, which immediately made me question whether the room had been cleaned properly. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it had a strong cigarette odor throughout the room. The dishes and utensils provided in the room were also dirty, with food still stuck to them, which was unacceptable. I do want to recognize the night shift front desk employee, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful.……

“The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.”

“The pool looked like it had not Been cleaned in a while. Resort is right bedside a bridge that a lot of shady people were hanging out around. Room was clean, but half of the lights did not work and there were exposed wires.”

“Well, not a great stay. We were given a room on the first floor & as one of us walked into “reserved room” -a gentlemen was coming out of the bathroom having just showered. Embarrassing for us and him! We returned to front desk to inform them of their error. The clerk apologized and blamed the error on the computer system. Our new room was fine, on the 3rd floor, but the common hallway was very hot-Air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 90, plus degrees outside & felt like that in the common……
