“Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great.”

“Travelled with my kids and they loved the pool, breakfast was great and the room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again!”

“We always enjoy the spacious rooms and breakfast. We were surprised to see a $6 per night parking fee. At the same time, our ice machine on the floor was broken and our room was missing basic room needs such as shampoo, and towels. It would be great to have these expectations met especially as you are now expecting more money for basic parking yet offering free shuttle service to/ from the airport. Seems a bit unfair.”

“Don’t pay extra for a “skyline view of the city.” All I saw was a tree and when asking for a refund she said they were busy last night (so gave my room that I paid for a nice view of Columbus to someone else). Won’t do that again.”

“Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. ”
