“This is a very clean and new hotel, suitable for families who need to cook their own meals. There is free coffee, parking is very convenient, there is a kitchen and equipment I need, a big refrigerator. Around 5 minutes by car Wal-Mart. The only bad thing is that its north side is next to the highway and you can not stand when the big truck passes by.”

“Gorgeous property! Lovely home and furnishings! Hostess was fantastic! Breakfast was beautiful as well as delicious! Highly recommend. Next time I will get the private suite but we pretty much had the top floor to ourselves anyway. Very blessed.💕”

“Owners were delightful - kind, hospitable,and helpful. Breakfasts were a treat each day (especially since I didn’t have to cook or clean up). And location was very convenient to Geneva, Auburn, Seneca Falls (great history!), and Watkins Glen. And, of course, lots of wineries. My room was big and bathroom huge. Slept 9-10 hours each night - much needed. Highly recommend for a weekend away.”

“Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable. Very roomy and warm. Whenever I communicated with owner, she was very responsive. Will definitely be coming back!! Extremely happy with the accommodations. “The entire facility needs a good & thorough cleaning and much needed and long past overdue maintenance. The service staff was surly and rude and restaurant staff equally so. The "continental breakfast" meager and limited. We have had better breakfasts at a Hampton Inn and theirs is weak. All in all the price was way out of line with what we received. We will never return to this place and will make certain that all of our friends are informed.”
