“Building needs some TLC and updates. While in the common area of the B&B at night we could hear lots of scratching in the walls and then we did see a mouse. The breakfast was just okay. Having stayed at several B&Bs this breakfast was probably on the bottom of my list. The office where we checked in smelled like cigarettes. I would probably not stay here again. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but definitely near the bottom.”

“We had such a wonderful stay at Burdett House B&B! From the moment we arrived, Ashley and David made us feel so welcome with their genuine hospitality. They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. “The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.”

“Overall excellent. The only two ways to improve are: 1) Provide hangers for closets; 2) Provide more details on where to park in the Welcome Binder. Street parking signage added to our confusion. We wound up getting a parking ticket for Alternate Street Parking" (whatever that means). Other than these items, the unit was clean, quiet, and in a great location.”
